If you're a System Administrator and your company has a maintenance contract, log in to our Helpdesk:
If you don't have a maintenance contract or can't remember your Helpdesk log in, you can send an email to our Support Team or phone us at 800-755-9878 (US and Canada) or 512-834-8888.
Please include the following information so we can get your issue resolved as quickly as possible:
- Your name and phone number
- Your company name
- The version of Timesheet you are running
- The operating system of the server Timesheet is installed on
- Which database your Timesheet software is connected to
- The text of any error message the system is generating
- How critical this problem is for you and your users
